Thank you for supporting Thamert Photography. Each piece is a hand-finished work of art, so please review our return policy below.

 

Unframed prints

We accept returns on unframed prints within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition and original packaging. To start a return, contact us at sunnyf16photos@gmail.com or (321) 268-0122 with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Framed pieces

Framed works are made to order and finished by hand. They can be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective (see below).

 

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sunnyf16photos@gmail.com with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
